See what is happening

Find out from your own numbers, not from a customer.

Error rates, origin response times, failing routes and traffic-quality events surface as they occur, each scoped to the pages, countries, devices and edge locations affected. An incident here is a live object with a beginning, a blast radius and a cost — not a red dot on a chart.

Live Incidents

  • Live error and status-code rates
  • Origin latency and timeout tracking
  • Affected routes, countries and devices
  • One-sentence current-state summary

How it helps

What Live Incidents gives you

1

Scoped before it is escalated

An incident opens with what is affected: which routes, which countries, which edge locations, which origin. One failing route and a whole origin are different nights, and the distinction is drawn before anyone opens a terminal.

2

Impact measured in outcomes

An error rate says how often something failed; it does not say what it cost. Live pairs the affected window with the conversions and revenue recorded inside it, so the decision to escalate has a figure behind it.

3

Timing is stated as timing

When an error spike begins shortly after a release, Live says exactly that: the change begins shortly after, and the strongest correlation is with this segment. The engine computes the rates; the AI puts the sequence into a sentence. Causation has not been proven.
