Edge and network
The global edge that receives proxied traffic and emits the analytics projection. It is on the request path for your site by design; the analytics pipeline behind it is not.
Cloud infrastructure
Compute, managed databases, object storage and event streaming for ingestion, processing and the analytical store.
Analytical storage
The columnar store holding normalised events and aggregates, scoped per tenant and site.
AI providers
Model providers that process aggregates and context to plan and explain analyses. Named individually with their retention and training terms, because for this product that is the disclosure customers actually need.
Connected systems
Commerce, payment, advertising, search and finance platforms a customer chooses to connect. These are the customer's own systems rather than subprocessors we introduce, listed here because data crosses the boundary.
Operational tooling
Error monitoring, product analytics, support and billing, configured to minimise personal data and never to receive customer visitor events.
Change notification
Additions and replacements are announced in advance, with a defined objection window for customers under a signed DPA.
