From a visit to money that actually arrived.
A lead is not revenue and an invoice is not cash. Your finance system knows which customers exist, what was billed, what was paid, what was refunded and what is still outstanding. Reveliqo reads those outcomes and attaches them to the acquisition source recorded for that customer.
In short: Reveliqo reads analytical projections of your finance system's commercial records — customers, sale and order events, invoice and payment outcomes, subscriptions, refunds and credits — and joins them to the acquisition record held for that customer.
What it is
A double-entry accounting platform — one immutable ledger from a first invoice to a multi-entity group consolidation, with tax handling and e-invoicing. It is where a company's commercial record is kept.
What this lets you ask
- “Which acquisition source is credited with customers who actually paid, not just customers who signed up?”
- “Which campaign is associated with the highest-value customers ninety days after they arrived?”
- “Which landing pages are credited with collected revenue rather than with leads?”
What Reveliqo receives
- Customer and account records as pseudonymous keys, so a visit can be joined to a paying customer without names entering analytics.
- Sale and order events with value, currency and timestamp, at the moment the commercial system records them.
- Invoice and payment outcomes — issued, paid, part-paid, overdue, written off — rather than a single sold flag.
- Subscription lifecycle and customer-value signals: started, upgraded, downgraded, churned, plus refunds and credit notes against the original sale.
How it is connected
- Both products sit in the same workspace, so the connection is an authorisation rather than an exchange of API keys.
- Select which entities, ledgers and currencies feed analysis. A group with several entities can keep them separate or consolidated.
- Map the pseudonymous customer key your application already sends with Business Events to the finance system's account key.
- Choose the revenue basis Reveliqo reports on — invoiced or collected — and it stays that basis in every view.
How you verify it
- Take one customer and follow the record from first visit through order, invoice and payment, checking each timestamp against your finance system.
- Reconcile a period's collected revenue against the same period in your finance system. Both read the same source figures, so they should agree.
- Issue a refund and confirm it reduces the attributed revenue of the channel credited with the original sale.
Limits worth knowing
- Reveliqo does no accounting. It posts nothing, corrects nothing and is not a ledger — your finance system stays the system of record.
- Attribution assigns credit under a model you choose. A channel credited with revenue is an accounting of influence, not proof of cause.
- Revenue lands when the commercial event does. A subscription billed monthly reports its value on that schedule, so same-day channel revenue is always partial.
