Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

These terms cover your use of Reveliqo. They are written plainly, and where a full agreement is required our enterprise terms and DPA take precedence.

Using Reveliqo

Reveliqo collects analytics for websites and applications you control, combines that with conversion, sales and revenue data you connect, and explains what changed. You are responsible for which sites you connect, which collection mode you configure, and what you do with the analysis.

What you are telling us you may do

By connecting a site you confirm you are entitled to collect analytics for it, and that any privacy notice or consent mechanism your jurisdiction requires is your responsibility to operate. Reveliqo provides technical collection modes; it does not determine your legal obligations.

Analytics is not advice

Explanations, anomalies, forecasts and attribution figures are analytical output. Attribution assigns credit under a model you choose, and a correlation Reveliqo surfaces is not a proven cause. Decisions with commercial consequences remain yours.

AI output

Reveliqo's AI plans analyses and explains results the analytics engine computed. It does not calculate your metrics. An explanation can still be wrong about why something happened, which is why every answer carries its evidence and its limitations.

Your data is yours

Your events, aggregates, metric definitions and configuration belong to you. Export exists so leaving is a supported path rather than a penalty, and so your history outlives your subscription.

Availability and liability

Reveliqo is designed so that nothing we run sits on your visitors' rendering path: the edge writes analytics aside from the request, and an outage in our pipeline must not slow your site. Beyond that, and except where an enterprise agreement says otherwise, the service is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the fees paid.

Acceptable use

Collect analytics for properties you control. Do not use Reveliqo to build cross-site advertising profiles of individuals, and do not send us special-category personal data in event properties — the schema is not designed to hold it and we would rather you did not.

Changes

Material changes to these terms are notified to account owners before they take effect.
