Measure what mattered

A goal is a definition before it is a number.

During onboarding Reveliqo asks what the website has to achieve — leads, trials, product sales, subscriptions, appointments, registrations, calls, content consumption or an outcome of your own — and builds the workspace around the answer. Five goal types cover it: page, event, server, revenue and account lifecycle.

Goals

  • Page, event, server and revenue goals
  • Account and customer lifecycle goals
  • Outcome set chosen during onboarding
  • Goal definitions versioned with change dates

How it helps

What Goals gives you

1

Onboarding asks the business question

Not which pages you would like to track, but what the site has to achieve. The answer sets the default goals, the dashboards, and the denominator that every other module divides by.

2

Five types, because outcomes differ

A page reached, an event in the browser, a confirmation from your server, a value in currency, a change in account state. A subscription upgrade is not a page view and is not counted like one.

3

The definition travels with the number

Each goal records what it counts, which layer observes it and the date its wording last changed. A comparison window that spans an edit is marked as such, so the day of the edit is not read as a shift in behaviour.

Connect a site and the first brief arrives with the day's changes already explained — traffic separated from bots, conversions attached to revenue, and the evidence behind every sentence one click away.
