Self-hosted commerce, measured like the rest of the business.
WooCommerce runs inside your WordPress site, which means the order data and the traffic data already share a server and almost never share a report. The plugin sends each order as a server-side business event, so the sale is recorded even when the browser never gets the chance to.
In short: The Reveliqo plugin sends each WooCommerce order, status change and refund to the event API from your own server, with product, category and value attached, and joins it to the visit and channel that came before it.
What it is
WooCommerce is the commerce plugin for WordPress: catalogue, cart, checkout, orders and customers stored in your own WordPress database, with order status transitions — processing, completed, cancelled, refunded — that the plugin hooks into.
What this lets you ask
- “Which posts and category pages precede orders, and which only bring traffic?”
- “How much revenue sits in orders that stay at processing and never complete?”
- “Which products are refunded most often, and where did those buyers arrive from?”
What Reveliqo receives
- Orders with total, tax, shipping, discount and currency, sent on the status transition you nominate
- Product, variant, quantity and category per line, at the price actually charged after discount
- Full and partial refunds, and cancellations, applied back to the original order's period
- A pseudonymous customer key in whichever form the collection mode allows, marking a first purchase apart from a repeat
How it is connected
- Install the Reveliqo plugin and paste the site key from your workspace
- Choose which order status counts as revenue — processing or completed — because on most stores they are days apart
- Leave idempotency on: the key is derived from the order ID, so a retry or a re-saved order cannot count twice
- Add the Smart Beacon through the same plugin if you want cart and checkout behaviour alongside the completed order
How you verify it
- The order count for a closed day matches WooCommerce's own report for the same status and time zone
- A test order appears in Live within seconds, with its channel and landing page
- Re-saving that order in wp-admin produces no second event — the idempotency key holds
Limits worth knowing
- Orders count from the status you nominate. Changing that setting applies to future orders; history is not retrospectively re-timed, because silently moving past revenue is worse than a visible seam.
- Heavily customised checkouts, and order statuses added by other plugins, need mapping explicitly. Reveliqo does not guess which custom status means paid.
- The connection depends on your WordPress site reaching the event API. Orders created while it cannot are queued by the plugin and sent on the next successful run, with their original timestamp.
