The order, and the weeks of behaviour that came before it.

A Shopify report tells you what sold. It does not tell you which channel, which guide or which headline brought the person who bought it. Reveliqo takes the order as authoritative and attaches the history in front of it — including the refund that arrives three weeks later.

In short: Reveliqo receives orders, line items, product and category detail, order value, refunds and customer records from Shopify, and connects each order to the acquisition, content and journey that preceded it.

What it is

Shopify is a hosted commerce platform: storefront, checkout, catalogue, orders and customer records in one system, with webhooks that emit an event whenever an order is created, paid, edited, fulfilled or refunded.

What this lets you ask

  • Which acquisition channel shows the highest average order value?
  • Which products are bought by first-time customers, and which by returning ones?
  • Which campaign sells well and refunds badly?

What Reveliqo receives

  • Orders with total, subtotal, tax, shipping, discount and currency
  • Line items with product, variant, quantity, price and collection
  • Refunds and cancellations, applied back to the period the original order fell in
  • A pseudonymous customer key with first or repeat order status, under the collection mode you chose

How it is connected

  • Install the Reveliqo app on the store and approve the read scopes it asks for — orders, products and customers
  • Webhooks register automatically for order creation, update, cancellation and refund
  • Add the Smart Beacon to the theme if you want checkout-step behaviour as well as the finished order
  • Choose whether customer identity is collected at all and in what form; the collection mode governs what is stored, and consent state comes from your consent platform where it is connected

How you verify it

  • Yesterday's order count and gross value match the Shopify Orders report for the same time zone
  • A test order arrives within seconds and shows the channel and landing page that preceded it
  • Refunding that test order reduces revenue in the original order's period, not in today's

Limits worth knowing

  • An order joins to a visit only when the buyer's session was seen by the edge or the beacon. Orders taken through a channel Reveliqo does not see — a marketplace, a phone call, a POS terminal — are counted as revenue with no acquisition path, and shown that way.
  • Shopify's own reports and Reveliqo disagree on refunds by design: Shopify books the refund on the day it is issued, Reveliqo returns it to the order it belongs to.
  • Reveliqo reads the store for analysis. It does not write to it, manage the catalogue or take any part in fulfilment.
