See where demand starts

Ten channels a finance director can read without translation.

Traffic is grouped into Organic Search, Paid Search, AI Assistants, Social, Email, Referrals, Direct, Display, Affiliate and Other. The rules are visible and editable, so a channel that looks wrong can be corrected rather than explained away. Every group carries conversions and revenue beside its visits.

Channels

  • Ten default business channel groups
  • Editable channel classification rules
  • Conversions and revenue per channel
  • Channel mix compared across periods

How it helps

What Channels gives you

1

AI Assistants is its own channel

Referral traffic from assistants does not belong inside Referrals or Direct, where it disappears into the long tail. It is a top-level group, counted separately from AI crawler activity, which is non-human and measured in Traffic Quality.

2

Direct is a bucket, not an answer

Direct collects what could not be attributed: bookmarks, app opens, stripped referrers, some email clients. The view shows how much of it moves with campaign activity, so you can see what is probably mislabelled instead of reading it as loyalty.

3

Rules you can inspect

Every classification names the rule and the input that produced it — referrer host, UTM medium, ad-platform parameter. Disagreeing with a grouping means editing a rule, not raising a support ticket.
