Performance

Price the experience

Put a number on the regression, and a limit on the claim.

Technical segments are joined to conversions from Business Events and to sales, invoices and recurring revenue from your finance and accounting systems. The difference between a segment and its own baseline is computed in currency, with the window, the traffic volume and the wording of the claim shown beside it.

Revenue Impact

  • Revenue difference per technical segment
  • Conversion delta with traffic context
  • Correlation labelled on every claim
  • Fixes ranked by observed value

How it helps

What Revenue Impact gives you

1

Engineering time is the scarce resource

A backlog ranked by milliseconds and a backlog ranked by observed revenue difference are not the same backlog. Quantifying the gap is what lets a performance fix be argued against a feature and sometimes win.

2

A worked example, and its limits

The finding takes this shape: checkout revenue on mobile Safari down 11% against its own baseline, traffic flat, INP up from 190 ms to 380 ms, the change beginning shortly after a deployment. Strong correlation, worth opening the Safari checkout flow. Not proof.

3

Computed first, explained second

The semantic metrics layer and the analytics engine produce the figures deterministically. The AI plans which comparison to run and writes the explanation around it — it never does the arithmetic, so the same question returns the same number.
